    Another case of ‘dropout parents’ that ultimately led to this. It all starts in the home and the ‘family’ has been under assault for years. This unfortunate incident is just another example of kids out of control.

    Until the ‘home’ becomes functional again, this will not change. Parents need to turn off the TV and MTV, get active in a good church and stop being the child’s ‘buddy’.

    Do we need to start charging the parents everytime an incident like this happens to get their attention? Parents need to wake up.
