This story does not make sense and is obviously incomplete so will have to wait for the full story for this to make any sense. These girls can’t be living by themselves so hopefully the adults they stay with can assist. But it is a sad state of affairs. These kids lost their innocence and it started in the home where an adult could have/should have prevented it They (the adult(s)) should be arrested too.
To help identify the suspects, you better believe it is appropriate to note race. That should be common sense but then again, we live in a PC world now which tends to complicate things unnecessarily.
